Xuan Minh Hydro Power JSC. was established on October 03, 2014 under Business License No. 2802200078 by Department of Planning and Investment, Thanh Hoa Province for the purpose of building and operating Xuan Minh Hydro Power Plant.

Xuan Minh Hydro Power Plant is located in Thuong Xuan Town, Thuong Xuan District, Thanh Hoa. The Plant began construction in September 2016 and was put into operation in September 2018. The Plant capacity is 15 MW, design output is 66.1 million kWh per year.
